Frank Gavigan
Prior to marine construction, Frank was a general contractor and spent seven years in commercial construction, as well as three years as a luxury custom home builder, constructing large-scale custom homes. Today, Frank is dedicated to working directly with clients to provide excellent service in marine construction and providing the highest levels of both construction service and customer relationships.
